Basketball Cup Competition 2022 at PSN School
PSN School recently organised a basketball cup competition, which took place on the PSN School playground. The event, which concluded on Sunday, saw 24 teams from Nainital and US Nagar compete in the under-17 and under-19 boys-girls categories. The under-17 boys section was won by Hartians, who beat SKM with a score of 8-5. In the girls section, SKM emerged victorious with a score of 5-1 against Level Up. Moving on to the under-19 boys section, SKM defeated Hartians with a score of 9-7. Meanwhile, in the girls section, Kendriya Vidyalaya defeated SKM with a score of 9-3. The event was covered by media partner Amar Ujala.
The competition saw the presence of several esteemed guests, including BJP District President Pratap Bisht and Chief Managing Director of Krishna Hospital and Research Center Dr. JS Khurana. They took the time to encourage the players and show their support for the event. The jury consisted of Ramesh Lohani, Sawan Maharotra, Mrinalini, Arun, Neeraj, Karan, Sumit, Vidyasagar, and Sandeep.
At the end of the competition, the chief guest awarded the winners with mementos, medals, and certificates to acknowledge their impressive performances. The event was graced by the presence of Dr. Abhishek Mittal, Director of PSN School, Special Guest Assistant Sports Director Suresh Pandey, Director of Sai School Mr. Anurag Pandey, Principal Monika Mittal, Founder Prema Mittal, Shubham Agarwal, Lalit Lohani, District Basketball Association Nainital Deputy Secretary Ankush Routela, Treasurer Neeraj Joshi, and Bhavani Shankar, among others.

पीएसएन स्कूल और जिला बास्केटबाल नैनीताल की ओर से आयोजित पीएसएन स्कूल के खेल मैदान में चली दो दिवसीय अंतरविद्यालयी थ्री ऑन थ्री बास्केटबाल कप प्रतियोगिता का रविवार को समापन हो गया है। अंडर-17 और अंडर-19 बालक-बालिका वर्ग में नैनीताल और यूएस नगर की 24 टीमों ने प्रतिभाग किया।
अंडर-17 बालक वर्ग में हार्टियंस ने एसकेएम को 8-5 और बालिका वर्ग में एसकेएम ने लेवल अप को 5-1 से मात दी। अंडर 19 बालक वर्ग में एसकेएम ने हार्टियंस को 9-7 और बालिका वर्ग में केंद्रीय विद्यालय ने एसकेएम को 9-3 से हराया। प्रतियोगिता में अमर उजाला मीडिया पार्टनर रहा।
मुख्य अतिथि भाजपा के जिलाध्यक्ष प्रताप बिष्ट और कृष्णा अस्पताल एवं रिसर्च सेंटर के मुख्य प्रबंध निदेशक डॉ. जेएस खुराना ने खिलाड़ियों का उत्साहवर्धन किया। निर्णायक मंडल में रमेश लोहनी, सावन महारोत्रा, मृणालिनी, अरुण, नीरज, करन, सुमित, विद्यासागर, संदीप रहे। मुख्य अतिथि ने विजेता खिलाड़ियों को स्मृति चिह्न, मेडल, प्रशस्तिपत्र देकर पुरस्कृत किया।
